Today was my sister's birthday.
She was a drama queen in the beginning.
But this posted isn't about that.
This post is about the dangers of archery.



Yes, even child bows are dangerous.
The bow is a weapon, and should be treated as such.
A few rules were:
Make sure there is no one in front of you while you are doing g anything with it.
This is not a toy (not really a rule but...)
Do not shoot your sisters
Do not play hunter/huntee, this is not nerf guns, you know

I think that was pretty much it.
Now, I am outside.
I have just finished a photo shoot for my sister's birthday outfit.
Father come outside and states that he wants his picture taken.
After his picture is taken he decide to try this thing out.
To show his daughter how it done.
He has to make sure this is safe for his daughter to use, after all.
He cocks it back, and let's go.
Hmm, the rope seems to have scraped his skin.
Wait, is it turning green?
Is that a lump!?
Another lump?
Father, what did you do?!
Though his injury looked horrible, he says it doesn't hurt much and that the rope contact to his skin felt similar to a pop on the wrist.
And sting, add a little of that in there too.
